They were amazing at the start of the deal, things moved fast. Ryan explained things to me but it’s the after service that I’m disappointed about. Even Ryan would no longer answer calls when the deal was closed. I issued a check for them dated March 1 and they have cashed it on Feb 17 without even a hey. Been making over 350 extra payments monthly. My loan was recently sold and I wanted to reach them for some clarifications but they are very hard to reach unless you are applying for a new loan or doing a reverse mortgage. Anything other thank this you get forwarded to a voicemail.

My Senior Loan Originator (Ryan) was awesome and a true professional. He answered all my questions in a timely and secure manner. I work in IT, often late into the evening. Ryan was right there to answer my questions, sometimes even late at night. Great job Ryan!

All in all a good experience this is the 2nd time I worked with TILA they have been great both times. My inquiries were responded to quickly. Every commitment was met as originally stated no surprises along the way. Got a great rate (timing is everything) Ryan Richen did a great job of getting the best possible options for us. Would not hesitate to use them again.
