This company needs to correct many errors. All the company staff lied to us. The provided habitation had no internet and it was in Belgium, 1 hour distance from work. The plannings and schedules do not make sense. Days without work. They do not respect the welfare of employees. There is no communication. Many many MANY errors. Conclusion: they need to hear people, not to treat them like numbers. JAGODA BIEDA is not a professional coordinator, she refused to talk to us face to face when we came to the offices to discuss about this issues and find some resolution to the problems. Sbaflex has provided a terrible experience for us working in the Netherlands, and it is also tarnishing Ingram's reputation. I will not suggested the sbaflex to anyone. Carful with company and these people!!!
