Ik kwam om 8.30 uur aan om een \u200b\u200bnieuwe batterij voor mijn Fiat Freemont te halen, ik kreeg te horen dat het ongeveer 190 zou kosten en dat het binnen 2,5 uur klaar zou kunnen zijn. Na 3 uur wachten vertelde de serviceagent me dat de prijs 580 zal zijn, neem het of laat het. Ik had geen keus nadat ik zo lang bij de receptie had gewacht.
