Short version: Damaged our cargo, and did not own up to it. Gave us misinformation about the shipment. Stay away. Long version: I don't usually write reviews. But the level of service from this company was so bad, i just had to make others aware. We ordered some material from China, the supplier used this company. We had issues with the material so decided to send it back. Now Paypal, who had authorised the return asked that the shipment be fully tracked (from door to door). We told Beckchoice this, and they agreed to proceed, but they told us the tracking would start from when the shipment was loaded onto the ship, which paypal agreed to, They later told us that the cargo would only be tracked on the ship, and not to the delivery address (so not fully tracked). Paypal refused the refund, and closed the case. Problem for us, we had been given miss information from this company that cost us the refund. Now paypal had advised us if we find another company that would ship the cargo fully tracked they could open the case again. So we asked Beckchoice to return the cargo to us. They told us that we would have to pay for the storage and transportation back to us from their warehouse. When we receive the cargo back, its not in the same condition we sent it, it has been repackaged. When we investigate further, we discover the cargo has been damaged. At this point we can not return it back to china as they will refuse the cargo. I contacted Beckchoice, who first, said that we did not inform them not to stack the pallets, then their warehouse team denied repackaging or damaging the cargo. I would advise people to stay away, and ask your suppliers to use a different company for transport, or you could lose a lot of money like i did.

Poor service, don't take responsibility for delays (shipping to Asia not Europe) or damage and ensuing costs. Had multiple shipments, they pushed for payment before meeting management, we then got the brush off. Absolute shower.
