We received some absolutely fantastic service from Sam (other staff members were also friendly). We were looking for some very specific floor tiles, so had visited numerous tile and DIY stores in Norwich and finally found what we needed at Tile Giant. Sam’s first class service was in stark contrast to the often poor service we received elsewhere (a bit of apathy perhaps towards customers in shops servicing mainly the trade ??? ) Thank you Sam and thank you Tile Giant - the tiles look stunning by the way !

I recently purchased a large quantity of ceramic paving from Tile Giant Norwich and the service I received was exceptional - everyone was so helpful and professional especially Ian who went above and beyond in arranging delivery of such a large number of tiles all of which I am extremely grateful for all his help - The choice was extensive and probably the best in Norwich, the product is of a very high standard and also very good value - I would certainly highly recommend Tile Giant and I will be using them for future projects.
