My husband and I visited the Tile House on 1/16/21 and spoke to a sales associate there for almost an hour. We are looking to re-tile both our bathrooms, the entry, laundry room, and kitchen. NO ONE has bothered to follow up to schedule an appointment for the measurements. Clearly they lost our contact information that was scribbled on a scrap piece of paper. We doubted their competency when we left, and now after nearly two weeks, we are done waiting. What a waste of our time! Also, NOTHING in the store is priced, we had to ask about each item and wait and wait and wait, while they went to look it up- then it still felt like they just made it up.

The selection. here is good, but I was disappointed in the customer service. This last order was a customer order and I was to be notified when it was delivered to the store. I didn't receive a call back, so I called them. It was supposed to have arrived last Tuesday or Wednesday. Again, no call. On Friday I called again. The tile had arrived but was not ready for us to pick up. We waited until today, Monday. I had made the down payment and wanted to use the same card for the balance. They didn't have the balance and yet again said they would call back. An hour and fifteen minutes later I called and was told that Steven had turned it over to Derrick who was supposed to have called, but must have gotten busy. Two hours later I'm still waiting to pay the balance and two of my men are on their way to pick up the tile.
