A tough one to call. Initial experience was very good. staff helpful, knowledgeable and we picked a good floor and we were given discount on skirting. Delivery was on time. When installer was fitting floor he saw 2 packets were unwrapped and secured by tape, on removing tape all the panels were damaged/unusable. We contacted store on Tuesday who arranged replacements which were supposed to be in store by friday at latest, but after a number of calls was not delivered until monday. Customer services ok but we felt let down as we had to chase, even when staff said they would call and update us.

The guys here are amazing! We bought flooring, wooden floors, and they were patient and really tried to help out. The ordering process was smooth and our flirting arrived in time. He was also very good in that he threw in the transition stuff, carpet to wood and such. We plan on going back later in the year to get more wood for more rooms!
