Nice, fairly large Costa and a good place to rest when on a retail expedition. Only slight downside is the lack of soft seating, but I think this is to ensure that can seat more people. The place was clean when we visited, although I didn't see the tables being emptied whilst we we were there. The staff were very nice and clearly experienced, so the drinks were done quickly and were perfect. Certainly as good as any Costa I gave had. We visited on the Easter Bank holidays so it was reasonably busy, but the staff ensured the queues weren't there for long and we soon got a seat. I would recommend.
Tillycoultry Costa not so good as was told can't use points to pay as not working, so paid by bank card , points were used as well when I checked later. I sent email describing this and email on return said it would be dealt with within a few days. On the good side I did get the 300 points as the return to opening that everyone was. The bacon roll and Latte carryout was really good.
