Tillsonburg enterprise is beyond a disappointing experience. I have rented from enterprise on numerous occasions from Woodstock, Barrie and Toronto and never had this kind of confusion in service delivery. I am so upset and feel Tillsonburg is a scam as I am being accused of damages that did not occur under my care. The female I have been dealing with has not been able to provide clear answers and there has been misinformation from this branch to another with simple tasks such as ability to process a payment. I will not rent from enterprise again just based on Tillsonburg.
At the beginning there was some confusion but the young lady did her best and she was very polite and helpful

Excellent Service!!!! Great Prices!!!! I was in a bind on Friday June 30th at 2PM and the man was able to find and get me a set of wheels and I could pick it up 90 mins later. I needed a FULL SIZE car and while he couldn't get me the car, but he did get me a 2017 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, so that worked for me!!! Great guy to deal with and I'll be back again for my next rental!!! 10/10
