I've dealt with both stores over the years..both in person and by phone and found it a very pleasant experience.While i agree with previous post they dont know all..I've found them willing to find out.Have made many purchases of both stock and ordered items and do so without hesitation.living in Windsor..i find it well worth the trip.best regards

If I could give this place a zero I would. Had bad experiences at both the London and Tilsonburg locations. First, the owner has a really bad attitude, especially if there are any issues with an order or if you need to have warranty work done. Acts like he's doing you a favour by taking your money. At the Tilsonburg location, the manager Charlie (white hair) can't answer simple questions about the products without being opinionated and sarcastic (I guess he likes to hear himself talk). Although these comments may seem strong, I have given this place many chances to make up for bad experiences and it's always a negative outcome. In fact, I'm pretty easy to please as a customer so it took a lot for me to write this review. Trust Me...Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.
