Would not recommend shopping here under any circumstances. I purchase a fishing rod that came to 99.00. Saw the same fishing rod at Canadian Tire for 56.00 and at Cabelas for 49.00. Went back within the hour to price match and TSC refuses. Website policy said they price matched. Store Associate said that was American. With online shopping, TSC Stores face tough competition, and to save a dollar, I would never recommend shopping here. Way over priced.

Staff is overly helpful. Asked for help to load my purchase into my vehicle, cashier paged for someone. No one showed up. Just happens there was a fellow next aisle that could have helped but he walked the other way. Won't be on a hurry to visit again.

Worse customer experience I have ever experienced. Bought Softner salt, they loaded it and when I got home two of the four bags were busted and they blamed it on me. Never did anything about it. I lived about 20 mins away and they wanted me to drive back with the busted bags just to get them to replace the two bags but no compensation for the gas I would have to use to go back. It was there guy who loaded the busted bags he should of drive two replacements to me or gave me extra to compensate for y inconvenience. This is the mess I had to clean up due to his negligence.
