I have rented from this company two times a year for four years. They are very professional and always on time. I have always been greeted with kindness and I will continue to rent from them for our community events in the future. Everything they offer is priced very reasonably. This is an awesome company.

Great customer service and a fantastic selection of bouncers at reasonable rates. My kids and their guests had a blast at their birthday parties! I will definitely recommend and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again!
Professional and polite showed up on time and made sure we could operate all machines before we left did set up and tear down in a quick and timely manner highly recommended for any event and to top it of my kids loved it too.
Terrible experience. We had rented a bouncy castle for our daughters bday party, but they called us THAT morning and canceled. They gave every excuse in the book and eventually said it was because it was forecast to rain. I’ve checked their website and it specially says you can choose to keep your rental in the rain, they only reserve the right to cancel due to severe weather. We had to scramble and ordered from another company, it rained for maybe 20 minutes and my daughter had a great birthday.
They were a no show ...confirmed my booking n sent me an invoice and even stressed to them my concerns about getting stood up because it had happened before to us coincidentally with the same tillsonburg company...I think it’s very poor service and really mean not to give us a phone call or tell us ahead of time so we can make alternate plans....to ruin kids birthdays is malicious n disgusting these people find pleasure in doing this regular..So my advice DONT RENT FROM SUPER AIR BOUNCE RENTALS.
