Worst dealership that I have delt with. I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from them, and since it was a limited with all the bells and whistles you could want, an extended warranty was highly recommended. So my husband and I decided with all the electronics it's probably a good idea. So we did it, well when push came to shove and we needed to use the warranty it never covered anything.. nothing you could imagine. Yet the finance women said it covers bumper to bumper, more then you'll ever need. After talking with the warranty place they finally advised me that I have to take it up with the dealership. Well the verdict with them is pretty much sucks to be you. We are not going to do anything for you. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I am not the only bad review of this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Waste of time. Made an appointment and traveled about 2 hours to get there (with 2 young children) just for them to tell me they already sold that vehicle, but they didn't bother to call and tell me that when they called this morning asking to verify my appointment. I sat there for a half hour to 45 minutes giving them my info for them to say oh and by the way we sold that vehicle you were interested in. The manager then quoted me a trade in price for my car, then when it came time for it after I found a different vehicle they lied about that saying oh I can't do that anymore and wouldn't work with me at all.
Bought a car here in November that now needs a new motor because they didnt fix the issue prior to selling the car. Watch out!
Just wise my time. I talked with employee about specific car and she said everything is great with it. I drove one hour and half to get there .i was not find car is ready to drive and I had to wait another half hour to bring it from other store. As a result I realized that this car has engine light on and has leaking engine. So as my experience those people don’t care about customer time. Don’t go there.
Service was excellent. They appear like decent people even tho the salesman was starting to get aggregated because I was asking lots of questions.
stay away...AutoServe....135 Laconia Rd Tilton NH.......Very disappointing...I purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang, I heard a noise in the rear wheels, the salesman told me he heard nothing...they said they "stand behind" their cars and go completely through them all. When I got it home the next day the car would not start. It had a bad cell in the battery, needed a new battery. I live in Massachusetts so I had my local Ford dealer check it...the noise I heard was the rear pinion bearing and both rear wheel bearings ..very noticeable ! I called the salesman and they said they were sorry and would pay for the battery and get back to me...they dragged it out and then told me they would not do anything and that I "got a good deal!" Never buy from them! I bought a 11,000 paperweight! And all they promise is a lie.
