Employees are really helpful. I'd like to point out that Sydney helped me with purchasing a transfer case and I never got my receipt for through the automated system. She helped me out and was very pleasant. Ask for her if you need anything!

I must say that I've been to many auto parts stores over the years, yet I haven't found one that compares to your Tilton , Illinois location !! The staff are always respectful, helpful, and really go that extra mile to explain things thoroughly and make sure you find you may be looking for . The store is always well stocked , and always very easy to order parts, that arrive exactly when they suggested they would arrive..Great staff !! I would like to say a special thank you to one the stores employees that is truly an asset to your company. He is patient, informative, polite, and is always with a smile and a nice greeting regardless of how busy he is . He goes up and beyond the call to satisfy your customers, even during the busiest & the highly stressful times that he encounters quite often !! His name is Joseph Jones, and I can't say enough regarding his very professional attitude, his social skills, and his knowledge of auto parts in general . An all round great guy !! And cool under pressure , treating every customer with respect, and kindness !! Even when he is swamped with a long line of customers , he maintains his cool, and that itself is extremely hard to find these days. If not impossible to find I might say !! I would also like to thank your employee Thaniel Cox. He is also a fine representative for your company, and certainly your Tilton, Illinois store. He is always very helpful, and obviously wanting to assist any and all customers the very best he can . A very considerate employee as well. Great store , the entire staff treats all of their customers respectfully, and takes the time to explain things to you , so when you leave the store you feel confident about whatever your task or repair may be .That really does mean a lot to your customers, Including me !! Waited in line for 20 minutes and when my turn came the bearded man waited on some Meth-addict looking thing before me that cut in line. I know I am older person but I felt discriminated against for my age and I put my items back and left and will never return to this Autozone. I have came to Autozone for over 15 years and never have been treated like this. I will go to O'Reillys I guess now.

I bought a blower fan assembly for my van in the fall at the Tilton Illinois store. I is bad already. I called the store to get it replaced under warranty. I was abandoned on hold. I finally hung up after 15 min. A;ways long lines and understaffed.
