We worked with EOC to test the air quality because of mold in the basement of the home we were purchasing. EOC Environmental was professional, friendly, responsive, and took time to talk with us and answer any questions. Excellent customer service! EOC came back to do our follow up test after the basement remediation was complete, and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was all set. We highly recommend EOC and would use them again. Ensure you have a secondary contractor to verify conditions. Ideally you would have one set up to inspect the area right after. It will save you time and ultimately money in the long run.

This spring, Joe Malloy from EOC Environmental, completed mold testing in our lake house in NH. He was incredibly knowledgeable when we initially spoke with him on the phone (we knew nothing about mold remediation).
