I love the items and vibe in this store, however the customer service here is one of the worst experiences I have had. When I first started coming here the staff was friendly and helpful. This past few months I have been treated as if I am a hassle to deal with, too the extent where one of the employees was downright rude. I'll no longer be coming here to shop.
Courtney is amazing! She has the type of energy that makes you feel like you're the only person in the store. Though I only made a small purchase in the smoke shop, I'll definitely be back to shop here soon!
