Exceptional customer service and response time! I found the Excel IV recorded session very informative and I love the format. I love the option of being able to work at my own pace and on my own schedule. It works well for a working individual that may only be able to dedicate an hour or two in one sitting. The instruction is clear and the examples shown are very helpful to explain why and when you may find a solution helpful. I plan on taking the Excel 5 as well!

Connie is incredible. I signed up for Excel II and I have learned more in that one class than I ever have in a programs class. I have always had a difficult time with recorded videos because I like to know the "ins and outs" of the programs that I'm learning about, but because it's recorded, you can't ask questions. That has changed completely now. Connie showed us every single detail of the entire program, and it was explained clearly, slowly, and concisely. There was enough material to cover, but not too much. I have an extremely schedule-changing role at my bank, and it was so helpful to be able to pause the video when needed to hop on a meeting, or pause it to take notes, and then continue. During or after the class, she responds in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend any of her classes to anyone. I will definitely be looking into taking some more. Thank you Connie!

I enjoyed the classes and found that the material was presented in a very understandable format. Whether you are a novice or more advanced, there was something to learn. I can't speak to the value, due to my company paying for the classes.

I took the Microsoft Office Specialist program with Hyslops & Assoc about 12 years ago! I then moved to FL and took it again about 7 years later in the Tampa area. What a difference! No comparison! If you are looking for true hands-on comprehensive office training with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access and Quickbooks in the Concord NH and surrounding areas, or if you are looking to upgrade to the latest version and need your office staff trained, call Hyslops. There is no better teacher than Connie. Trust me, if you opt for Office training elsewhere, you WILL be wasting your time and money. I wish they had an option for 100 stars!!
