Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. Sent my ring in to get fixed never even got a callback letting me know that it had arrived. The diamond gun fell out two days later. One back into the store to get it sent back out and not one associate greeted me asked how they could help let me know that they would be with me shortly cause that you’re helping other associates. Ignored in the store for 20 minutes don’t waste your time going there

I was a long time customer of Kays. I spent thousands over the yrard. I bought a couples ring for my wife's birthday. Her birth stone is Aquamarine. When the ring arrived, the aquamarine was clear with no hint of blue. When I spoke to the store manager, he informed me I could pay an additional 200 for a stone upgrade or return the ring. I pointed out that the online ad stated genuine stones. He refused to send it back to be corrected. Needless to say, I returned the ring. I will never buy another thing from Kay's. Now I have to figure out a plan B within the next few days.

They should learn how to answer the phone! They have had my MAVADO watch for two months.... Just to change the battery. They finally called me back and said come get my watch... I got there and it wasn’t even fixed. Then they said that they could send it out .... That was a month ago...Now they won’t answer the phone!!!!

The experience of me and my family visit horrible. Because of the customer service. We were treated very rudely to the point of us making the decision to leave. On are way out the door we were yelled at then followed by a loud mouth employee that was antagonistic because we wanted to leave. She followed us outside an continued to yell. Only making our exspreince by far the worst yet. We've spent many years going to kays this is a shame.

Kerry was an excellent customer service representative. I needed my ring fixed. It was sent out and returned the same day they estimated. Kerry was kind, honest and very knowledgeable about the process. I was very impressed with her! Thank you again Kerry !
