Brought the family to KFC before jumping on 93 south... Extremely disappointed. My box of chicken strips had more biscuit than chicken, only half a small cup of overcooked, yet cold french fries, and a drink that was only partly filled with soda. My mother in law received the same. My wife refused to eat because the food was so cold and over salted. The only thing they did right was a large mac & cheese. I would have gone inside to complain, but we were in a rush to Concord. We should have waited to eat somewhere else. I won't be returning to this KFC. Sad, since I've been eating here for close to two decades now.
Food is decent. I just hate that they always forget the BBQ sauce and never fill the fries box to the top. Drive thru times are long.
