So glad we chose this company! Chris Hand in the main office was awesome to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and recommended the unit best for the job. The driver, Ken, did an amazing job putting the box exactly where we needed it. He was super respectful of our property and gave us lots of tips and tricks for using the box. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I stopped at Mi Box in Tilton NH to rent a moving and storage container. We spoke with Dana. He was very friendly and thorough explaining all the details we would need to know including size of the container we would need for our move, when it could be delivered to our house etc. He made it very quick and easy and in no time we were on our way home! On the morning we had set up for delivery we received a courtesy call to let us know when to expect the truck. Ken, the driver, was right on time! He was very professional. I showed him where I hoped to place the box. He looked the area over, estimated the space he would need to maneuver the truck and agreed on the location. I was very impressed with the skill and care Ken used to be respectful of our property as he got the box into position! He made sure the box was level and even put pieces of wood on the edge of the driveway to protect the asphalt from damage by the weight of the box when it was fully loaded! He explained everything I needed to know about properly loading our furniture and household items for safe and secure transportation. Thank you to Mi Box, Dana and Ken for making our moving and storage adventure as easy and affordable as possible!
Great experience overall. Everything was explained very well by Jake and Chris in the office. Delivery and pick up driver Ken was awesome. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of tips. I would recommend this storage company to others.
Moving is HARD. I was one of those looking and budgeting what I could afford and where should it go. With that being said a friend of mine recommended MiBox so I looked into it and when speaking with Dana I found it to be below my price point with exactly everything I needed!!! With in a matter of days my MiBOx was delivered by Jake. Jake talked me through the process of where the best spot would be for what was going to be going on around the MiBOx storage. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly from start to finish. From Dana getting all the formalities done for me with ease to the drop off with Jake, I feel confident in my move and that my items stored in the MiBOx will be safe and sound.
