Extremely Friendly Staff And Was Extremely Helpful. Rooms Are Slightly Small But It Is What It Is. Right On The Side Of The Road Fully Visible. A Nice Place And Easy Entry. Prices Are Decent And Depending On The Room There Is A Broad Building Long Balcony And Really Close To The Lake. Decent Views And Comes With A Microwave And Small Fridge. A Place To Stop And Go When Your Visiting New Hampshire. Well Worth The Time

This hotel was great for my budget. And as long as they have this room available everytime i come up to visit friends i will have no problem booking this room for any of my upcoming future visits. The service was great my stay here. And i appreciate the help yourself breakfast kitchen in the morning. Thanks until next time, keep up the good work........
Helpful staff, clean room, great prices.
Clean tiny rooms, outside access, good beds, microwave and refrigerator. no seating in breakfast room, plenty of outdoor seating on deck and patio. seating out side of rooms was nice as there is a good view of the lake from the roadside rooms. If you can get this cheap enough it would be a good value. We were late making reservations for the annual leaf peeping event and had to pay up for the rooms as the area was mostly full occupancy. Friendly helpful staff.
Unbelievable. Front desk person said he had a queen bed...it was a full. Then argued with me about it and said we call that a queen. ..WHAT. you just can't just call a bed size what ever you feel like. For 2 adults around 6ft tall come on. Beyond small rooms enough towels for 1 person. I could go on but you get the pictute...ugh

Id give it a zero if i could! Paid for queen got a double! Guy argude and said no refund. Had to clean my own room. My bedroom closet is bigger. Ac broken guy said open a window. Terrible place we left and went to super 8 in tilton much better only 5 dollars more.
Should not have to clean your own room when you check in, or told to buy your own toilet paper. This place might have a nice view but no matter how you cut it they treat paying guests awful.
