Just like with any chain restaurants. There are good Starbucks that we know and trust, and others, who the workers do not even give a rats a** about the quality of product going out their window.

They serve the best tasting, freshest, and highest quality coffee of all the coffee shops around. Unfortunately this location is the only one with an hour travel radius and its about 20-25 minutes from my home as it is, so unfortunately I don't get to indulge myself as often as I would like to. The batista are knowledgeable, friendly, and work efficiently. The only setback is that the prices, I feel are a bit high, and significantly higher than the competition. However sometimes you have to pay more to get a much higher quality product.

They got my drink correct both times and that's all I can really ask for, plus positive attitude Employees. The entrance and exit to this one can get crowded and backed up once it does wait times can definately escalate just a heads up. Highly suggest if you are new to starbucks or a regular. Thank you,
Today, a friend and I went to your store through drive-thru twice. The first time was great! The second time was TERRIBLE! Second time, the cashier was VERY unprofessional. She shut the drive thru window on our faces before even cashing us out or handing us our drinks! I don’t know what her attitude was, but she had someone else do her job. Not happy! We order here about 4-5 times a week, sometimes more! I would hate to feel like I should go somewhere else. Staff is usually pleasant, but not her this time. I will say the second lady, the one who came and cashed us out was nice, so thank you to her. 5 stars for the first time, 2 stars the second.
