We were contacted that we were eligible for phone upgrade. My husband and I went in and was told immediately that we would be helped in a moment as the sales associates were with other customers. We waited maybe 10 minutes and then Kim greeted us and asked how she could help. Through the entire phone upgrade process Kim was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She was patient with us and our many questions. It has been the best experience yet buying or upgrading a phone! Thanks for the great service!

Horrible experience. My wife and I went there to add me on to her cellphone plan, it was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us to begin with. Next Shelby sits us down to get started and starts telling us multiple deals that we are eligible for. We went there with the intention of just getting myself a new phone, but figured the deals were so great we might as well do it and treat ourselves to an early Christmas present. Well it took hours to do because Shelby kept trying to apply the promotions and wasn’t successful. Finally we leave there both with a new iPhone because the promotion was buy one get one free... well weeks later after our bill was so much higher than it was supposed to be. We find out that our plan didn’t qualify for this promotion and now we have to pay an extra 600 because Shelby messed up. My wife and I both left with new phones and apple watches because of the deals that Shelby promised us, but weren’t able to get. We just wanted one new phone, but were talked into getting multiple phones because of such a “ great” deal we could get. The manager told us we could probably get some type of discount because it was an error on their part, but after a few more weeks of waiting we find out we’re just stuck paying this extra money. She said it was up to Verizon to cover our costs but chose not to, but Verizon isn’t the one who promised us anything, but Russell Cellular. We will not be back to this store or any others in different locations. They have done nothing to right the wrong. We may even switch to AT&T after our phones are paid off now, which will be a while thanks to this store.

I definitely recommend this location. Whenever we have had issues in the past, the Tilton location seems to be the only place we can go to get things fixed. Amy, the store manager is always knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. 10/10 recommend
