I went in for a simple oil change and later that day I discovered a dent on my fender. Sure that it must have been caused during my oil change, I returned to the shop to have them fix it. Dave brought my truck in to try to repair the dent. After a while he brought me out to the shop to show me why he didn't think they could have caused the dent. After hearing his explanation, I had to agree. I felt I was mistaken and it was very unlikely that they had caused the damage. Despite this Dave still made an attempt to repair the dent and even offered to give me a store credit if I was able to get a reasonable quote for the repair. While this offer was greatly appreciated, I will not take him up on it. I just want to thank Dave and his staff for going above and beyond to provide an incredibly high level of customer service. Dave was respectful, understanding, and kind. This type of customer service is a rarity today and is greatly appreciated. This store will have my business going forward and I am looking forward our future interactions.
Very fast, friendly and courteous. I had a scheduled alignment and had to wait because I only have a vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable and clean and I felt safe.

Dave Bourque is VERY GOOD at his job. He and his crew did a full study of my car in general, my found brakes were not only rusting but actually corroding, aligned and balanced my tires and then found me an even better set of tires to put on the car, looked at my spark plugs, and my belts... then gave me a very fair assessment of costs to bring my car up to date. They even gave me a better washing fluid and put it in for nothing extra. I was SO impressed, that I now use VIP in Tilton, solely, NH as my go-to people for ANYthing needed for my car. They are better than any of my previous repair services. In short, they are simply GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIP in Tilton, NH!
