I gave Tim an almost impossible task of restoring my other half's bike for his 50th birthday as a surprise. It had been sat in storage and in bits for 10 years . Tim and everyone involved were brilliant and incredibly helpful. The bike was fully restored and looks brand new better than it was when he bought it!! Tim delivered on the day to a very shocked birthday boy! Can't recommend Tim and his team enough. 100% customer satisfaction here.
It's as simple as not getting a returned call. How hard is it to pick up the phone and dial a number. Sorry, but if the shop can't make 2 minutes to speak to me, I don't wish to deal with them
Had 3 bikes in total tuned by Tim on the Dyno all have been excellent gains and superb midrange. Excellent service Highly Recommended.
