Bought a car from salesman Gary Roll.. I was very skeptical buying a car online, but they made the process very easy with a no pressure atmosphere. Gary was very responsive and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. He put a lot of effort into making the deal happen and was a great salesman to work with. They also delivered the car 1 1/2 hours away and dropped it off with a full tank of gas. Definitely would recommend this dealership to someone wanting a low mileage, newer model used car at a good price.

Search internet for months and months. Tim have the best prices hands down. Saved over 5k off a new Rubicon diesel. No other place will even discount Rubicon, or even have diesel, much less discount them so much. And this is a brand new 2021 model too. Not the leftover 2020. Will definitely be back.

Creighton was just wonderful to work with. I went in with a list of requirements for an automobile fit my mother and he found EXACTLY what I wanted. I went back just a few months later to purchase a vehicle for myself and had another amazing experience. He had a few options for us that met our requirements each time we purchased. I’ve been to high-pressure dealerships before where they tried to sell me something I didn’t want and left feeling not just unsatisfied but downright angry. It’s so nice to have a “hometown boy” that I can trust to do business with! I can honestly say he had our best interests at heart!!! My Nissan Rogue was in the price range I gave him. I specified the color and that it HAD to have enough power to climb a very steep driveway on a regular basis. I didn’t know what that would meant far as “horsepower” or “cylinders” go. I just told him what I needed it to do...and it does it.. My purchase experience was simple and painless. No hidden fees. No last-minute unexpected glitches. They walked me through it every step of the way. I’d recommend them to anyone..

Paid cash for a 2010 Ram 1500 from the Hazard location. Chris Davis was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a deal we were satisfied with. Chris had only been working for Tim Short Chrysler for two months but with his knowledge and customer service dedication you would think he had been there for years! This was my first purchase from Tim Short’s but it will not be my last.
