I did indeed meet Kevin two days after that e-mail was sent and his warm personality matches his generosity. The office staff I worked closely with was AMAZING, tactful, poised, concise, and ethical. very disappointed that we were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive our doors and it took 10.5 weeks, only because our supplier queried the reason for the delay.
