Awesome hang grounds -- quading is a must. Walks are fine too
Hallberg side of Timberlands park is not maintained at all by owners or management extremely uneven and broken asphalt all along lane ways from the beginning unit all way round the worse of the lane way being the first part of the park to the second entrance most of the park floods out during rainy season due to lack of any drainage system with the park contrary to a bylaw for this area ,when concerns due to the large branches that come down off the trees that cause damage to the trailers and jeopardizes the safety of the occupants and the trees that are looking very unsafe most are completely ignored or are told that trees have been deemed safe and maintained by an arborist! Other concerns brought to management's attention about safety due to actions of other occupants and illegal actions that jeopardizes tenants concerns for own safety go completely ignored yet again . Overall has become a poorly run mobile home park but still manage to pass along an annual pad rent increase like clockwork and yet still no results to concerns of safety to tenants from lack of any maintenance.
I was out there working, and it seems nice enough. Also walking distance to a pub.
the family that owns this trailer park are not on site and are very difficult to contact. There is and elderly woman trying to maintain the park but it is not maintained very well. there are so many trees it is ruining most of the pad sites from the tree roots there are a lot of hazzard's in this trailer park including falling branches and tripping where the concrete is broken, this is not a very kid friendly Park
