I already know that it's going to be a better year as I no longer have the problem with Wyndham! They have ended the contract between them and us. We can’t begin to express our gratitude for all that you and your staff of professionals have done for us. Words can't explain our appreciation! Our nightmare began 6 years ago, when on a vacation in Florida, we were duped into purchasing a timeshare unit. We were told that in order to secure a week’s stay at a resort at minimal cost, and free tickets to Disney World, all we had to do was attend a short resort presentation. Very few things come for free. After several hours of intense marketing and multiple outright lies and misinformation on the ownership process, our resistance was eventually worn down. Perhaps due to a bit of naivety on our parts, but largely because of a lot of misinformation, especially regarding the ease by which these timeshare units could be sold and rented, we eventually succumbed to the pressure. 2 ½ years into the ownership and multiple frustrations in dealing with the resort we realized how big a mistake we had made. I can only say that the one plus that came out of this was finding the company Timeshare-Answers (Integrity Marketing Solutions) While it was a 2-year battle, right from day one, we were assured that they were in this battle against the timeshare resort until we were successfully freed from any further obligations. There were frustrating times when we felt that we were not making any progress, but we were assured that if we stuck with it, we would be successful in getting a release. Timeshare-Answers continually supported us throughout the whole ordeal, and supplied us with appropriate correspondence and information, even against the scare tactic threats from the tenacious collection agencies that these timeshare resorts employ. In the end through the help of Timeshare-Answers we were able to successfully rid ourselves from a never-ending contractual obligation of maintenance fees and other special fees that so often accompany these vicious sales products. Our heart-felt thanks to Timeshare-Answers.

I hired Timeshare-Answers on a whim. I had never heard of them or any company of the sort. By circumstance I found them, and I have no regrets. As you may know if you are reading this, it is pretty much impossible to get out of a timeshare contract by going through the timeshare company. From the first day that I called Timeshare-Answers, I was explained in detail what the process would be like. For example, the cost, the time it would take if they were able to get me out of the timeshare contract, and what was expected of me. Yes, what was expected of me. I was to update them of any changes and report to them any information I received from the timeshare company. That was more than understandable and needed in order for them to help me. That was easy for me to do because the case manager I was assigned was very friendly and she worked very close with me, doing everything that she could in order to make this cancellation happen. And I mean everything. This got pretty personal with my ex refusing to sign the resolution agreement form required in order to finalize the cancellation. I am happy to say it got done and I can't express enough just how happy I am with the services I received here at Timeshare-Answers.
