Zero stars! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Owner lied and when confronted became verbally abusive. As other have stated, I too, would suggest NOT doing business with this company.
We signed our original agreement Aug. 2017 with Owner Resource Consultants and paid them 3,800. Soon after, we were told everything was being transferred to a company called Timeshare Cures. We proceeded to supply Timeshare Cures with everything they asked for, including an additional 695 as a \transfer fee\. I usually spoke with a woman named Allison and she was indeed very friendly each time. However, months went by and nothing was happening in regard to getting us out of our Cabo Timeshare. She told me to be patient, because it could take between 90-120 days from Feb. 2018. The next conversation with Allison she mentioned \Option B\ because our Cabo Timeshare was ot desirable\....which is a bunch of bunk! The next thing I know, Timeshare Cures has washed their hands of this whole thing and transferred our case to a Best Defense Law office in Lake Mary FL. An internet search about this organization reveals that they may not be on the up-and-up either. Once again, I've been asked to supply this new organization with all the say photocopies and data which had already been given to Timeshare Cures. In conclusion, I believe this whole thing was a scam just to make money from trusting people like us. We are retired and have no desire to travel to this Mexico timeshare ever again. I would not recommend Timeshare Cures, or Owner Resource Consultants of Harrison AR to anyone.
Couldn't be more satisfied. If you need to get rid of your timeshare and all the payments that go with it, these guys get it done and get it done right.
