I Absolutely Love This Place.. I Took My family here, We loved it so much we visited again a second time two weeks later. On our second trip. My Son unexpectedly Passed Away.. He was 13. While waiting to transport him back home i called to the front desk to ask for a night extension, and what i got was way more. I Got Ms. Shelly!! After gaining knowledge of my situation this Angel came to my family aide like she knew us. I haven't seen any humanity like this in ages, she brought us gifts, food, and gave us extra space for the family traveling up. Help with finding funeral home transportation an everything. This Place showed me that guest are not guest but Family! I appreciate the courtesy that was extended to me an my family. I would travel to any resort she's managing. Its not about the stuff it's her genuine concern for the people on her property. At such a terrible moment i wouldn't have guessed a business would act in such a manner.. Thank you so much! The property was beautiful but the room was dated and run down. They would not let us use tennis rackets because of “Covid”. The Covid excuse has run its course. At least the people at the Golf center were nice. We were able to use clubs and do some driving range practice.

First and foremost, this property has potential. The grounds are beautiful. The area and scenery are fantastic. For those looking for a quiet but pretty mountain getaway, this serves as a wonderful alternative to the mountain towns further north, like Gatlinburg. That being said, we have a reservation until Sunday, it is currently Wednesday, and we are leaving today. The units, though pretty on the outside, are absolutely horrid inside. We rented two units, both were infested with stink bugs, particularly in my mother’s and father’s bed. Lots of the furniture is ancient, half of the stovetop burners don’t work, and there are little to no kitchen tools. When we first walked into both units, you could tell that either no one had bothered to vacuum and clean the units, the AC hadn’t run in weeks, or both. For those of us with bad allergies, we immediately felt all our symptoms flare up. However, I will stop here because, while I don’t want to seem overly negative and harsh, I do want management to see this. This location is absolutely stunning and a modest investment could really take this property to the next level.
