I have had the same experience NO ONE answers the phone very frustrating . and still waiting for an answer when i can pick up my new computer . Will cancel computer if I do not get positive results.

Staff is very friendly and not only very helpful, but eager to help especially with the tech they are familiar with. Twice now I've been looking for a specific piece of tech a d best buy has been the only place I've been able to get them. Would definitely go back!
