After being a part of this company for almost 8 years now. I reached out for mental health help at this company years ago. It has been the hardest road and worst decision ive ever made in my life. If you work around this company as a contractor or employee, please be careful on who you trust and bring audio video recording devices with you any time you are dealing with management. The things they do behind closed doors are beyond anything you can think of. I dont want to discourage anyone from reaching out for help but please be cautious with anyone at glencore especially glencore kidd operations.
