Very professional. Took the time to show us the difference in roofing paper, color and color of drip edge. Said they would be here on a certain day, weather permitting, and they were here as promised. The workers kept the driveway and yard clean. No nails or old paper left behind. The owner was here when the work was completed and took pictures of the roof to show us what it looked like.

Well, I basically asked him to get something done that was next to impossible and he got it done! So I’m super happy and the job was done well. The clean up however, not so much. Unfortunately the crew left me with a clogged toilet, it was not nice But it was remedied right away. And for that I’m giving a 4 . The owner took responsibility for the action and that’s a good thing in my books

Jaco got me out of a bind. Bit off more than I could chew and he knew that. Still, he showed up 30 minutes after I called. He quoted me a fair price and started the job the next day. The guys did a fantastic job. You need to call Prudential for an estimate if you’re in need of a new roof!
