Check-in was fine, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and courteous. Unfortunately, this afternoon the lady at the desk was rude, when I asked why our room had not been cleaned. She replied that the cleaners were gone, and quite obviously did not care at all. When a business does not care about their guests or the cleanliness of the rooms, this is a very bad sign. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, due to the attitude of the front desk and cleaners. Very disappointing.

Had a nice stay here for a business trip. Room was nice staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok.
Quiet clean hotel Staff r very friendly and accomadating Laundry on site. Close to everything. Oce machines worked. Totally believess in social distasting. Spent a week and was worth it

Average place. It’s old, some things have been updated some show their age. The staff was very friendly, WiFi was good, free hot breakfast had eggs & meat and DIY waffles. Easy access off a main road, and shopping nearby
Ended up getting COMPLETELY stranded in Timmins and all of the staff here were so kind and it (almost) made totaling my car worth it Thank you guys for the easiest and cheapest hotel stay I've had in a while haha!
Very clean rooms with friendly staff. The prices are really good and it’s close to the mall. Perfect for getting away for a weekend.
