The Roth IRA is making money, the mutual fund was not. So I took out my mutual fund money and started buying stocks on my own thru Ameritrade where I'm making about 15%. Most calls to Customer Service are not helpful. Example: Recently, I called twice in 2 wks to ask how to dwnld 2020 tax info. Both X's I was told I would find them under Statements. The 3rd call, I was told they won't be in Statements till 1st wk of Feb. So for 2 wks, I kept looking in Statements thinking I was doing something wrong. Earlier in 2020, I asked C/S if you had anything other than IRA's and was told NO. Then upon reading myself, I discovered you offered Mutual Funds.
