Contacting the office with the knowledge of insurance billing I requested to speak with the person who handles billing for the office and the front desk person stated \I can try and help you\ when explaining that my son is covered by two insurances that will cover his dental procedures 100%. The person continued to attend to get us to pay the amount not covered by the first insurance without contacting the second insurance company. Getting clients to pay unnecessary fees so they do not have to file secondary insurance is unethical and near fraudulent.

I don't have any unpleasant experiences with Dr. Moses or the staffing. At times you may hear a complaint about the wait time, however; Dr. Moses is only one person. People need to realize that she gives her best for each patient. She does not do a rush job to get you in and out. If there is a problem they are all there to make sure your child is very well taken care of, so she may take a little longer for some versus others! I say keep up the great work, because you can not ask for a better Pediatric Dentistry that takes the time to know your children and set up personal care plans to keep them healthy!

I LOVE Dr. Moses and her staff! Everyone is always super nice and is very friendly to my toddler. They are gentle with him and yet can get in his mouth and do what needs to be done while he kicks and screams! Never leaving!!

My 9 year old is Autistic and we had previously been to another dentist whom I was never happy with. Dr. Moses and staff are extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. The waiting room and exam rooms are nice and clean. One huge huge plus over the previous dentist that we was going to is that parents are allowed back into the exam rooms to watch the cleanings, we get to see and talk to the hygienist and dentist and things are explained to the kids. Such a great experience! Highly recommended.

Service and staff are amazing my kids love it there. I really only have one issue and that is the wait. Every time we have gone to a appointment we are not seen for on average a hour. I have had appointments that we have been there for and had to wait up to 2 hours in the waiting room before going back. This is hard for me because I already have to get my child out of school for the whole day but I am also traveling for 30 miles to be seen.
