The BEST thing I did to prepare for having my baby was to hire a postpartum doula. She knew about pumping, breastfeeding, belly wrapping, baby wearing, ways to organize the nursery and postpartum areas for efficiency, pelvic floor health, mental health, and getting a routine set for me and the baby. Not to mention she cooked and cleaned too! You name it, she knew how to help. I swear there needs to be marketing for postpartum doulas at OB offices. I wish I could tell the world about these services.
She offers a great service for those first postpartum weeks. She is knowledgeable, comforting, and attentive. She is also very sweet. I highly recommend Tina
Tina is amazing. I wasn't really sure what I needed help with, I just knew I was going to need a hand post c-section with a 18 month old running around. That's the best thing about Tina, you can just take care of yourself and baby and she does the rest... from laundry to trash to cooking to dishes. I didn't need to think about what needed to be done, it was just done :)
As a birth doula, I send all of my clients who are looking for postpartum support to Tina! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about new families. If my family is blessed with another baby she will without a doubt be my postpartum doula!
