I will never again call this company to tow one of my customers or help them. I had an elderly man here that broke down on the road about 1/2 a mile away. The elderly man walked to my store to ask for assistance to use our phone since his had no signal. He called to have his blown tire fixed. The tow truck driver called my store back to find where we were when he went the wrong direction and he was cursing me out on the phone like it was my fault. The man came out to look at his vehicle and said they could not repair the tire. They then told the elderly man “we are not a taxi service”, then basically left him on the side of the road with nowhere to go and left alone. They did not even have the decency to tow him into town to get the tire repaired at a shop. Just kicked him out of their truck and he took off and left. They have lost my business and they have lost my store from calling them to help my customers. I will call another local towing company who has a kind heart and will not be unprofessional.
I really like this company they provide quality service they are very fast and efficient and the staff is very friendly
