I had my toe nail surgery yesterday that went very well. Nurses were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and when I started to panic due injections pains, one of the lovely nurse started talking to me to divert my attention. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Will visit soon for dressing Will post more pictures once the dressings comes off. X

My son had an ingrowing toenail procedure today, such lovely medical staff, even noticed a problem I was having with my finger and advised me. They put my son at ease. We did not have to wait. Parking is free and plenty of it. Fantastic service.
I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have received excellent services from all contacts. But I must complain about their telephone/ booking systems..I have spent hours on & off trying to get an appointment...I spent 20mins in their phone queueing system getting to number 1 only to be cut off ...when I finally got through hours later I was told that when the system is extremely busy it cuts you off !! How can a queueing system cut you off if you have been holding to long ?? This has been a problem for years and different systems have been used and there is still little or no improvement... Please address once & for all ... Thank fully I don't need the doctors often so when I do I would like to be able to get an appointment....
Reception staff are rude and ignorant, it is never a pleasure to go to this GP. The receptionist goes around and leaves the counter empty with the lights off, how can you tell if they are open or not ?! But then they demand that you show them respect, when they can afford to be rough with you. About doctors, some are better than others.
The staff are quite friendly and some of their specialists are very nice. Parking can take time but you can usually find a space, and waiting times at the help desk can usually take time, as for some reason every time I have visited, there is only one person on the desk at a time.
