I'm not sure what these 3 people are complaining about. My hats were awesome. I have bought caps from wicked vine stitching for over 4 years and love them all. Well made and customer service has always been top notch. I was reading the reviews and some came to the conclusion some people want something for nothing. Anyway 5 stars all the way for me. I had high hopes for this company based on the products they post all over the web, Facebook, eBay, etc. I placed an order on December 11, 2020. Within a short time, I received an automated email back from the company's owner, Jereme - basically thanking me for the order and touting, "You're what makes us great". I wish they were great. Weeks after, I received an email confirming that my order had been shipped. It was longer than I expected, but with COVID and being close to Christmas, OK. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. I emailed - Nothing. I emailed again - Nothing. I went to their Facebook page and sent a message - Nothing. I sent a message within a post on their FB page with other customers who are having problems - Nothing. It appears there is NO customer service and now I'm wondering if there's even a real company? My next call is to my credit card company to reverse the charges. I wonder if I'll hear from them, then?
Got my caps today and absolutely love them. I got the Blondie cap and it is now my new favorite cap. Thanks
I placed 4 different orders. All of these were gifts. I never received confirmation that they had shipped although they had charged my account. I called and spoke with a man that said he was headed to the post office and would overnight the nights and send me tracking number. I NEVER received the hats or the tracking number. They will not respond to calls, emails or messages.

Been buying wholesale from Jereme at Wicked Vine Stitching for 1 years. I generally don't post reviews but seen 3 people trying to give him a bad name over something that was their fault and thought I would jump in. We have sold probably 4,000 or more of WVS caps here at my store. Always on time and the quality is always perfect. We sell them as fast as we get them in. I would highly recommend Wicked Vine stitching. I even have about 10 of the 2nd Amendment caps I wear daily. So if you ask me I would highly recommend WVS.
I ordered 6 hats for an event on Aug. 19th. With the order, I requested the stitching to be all white. I received 6 hats with teal stitching on Aug. 31st and contacted the company the same day. I got an apology that they messed up the order. Jereme said they would send out the correct hats right away. On Sept. 1 I asked for a return shipping label so I could return the incorrect hats with no response. I followed up again on Sept. 7th, 9th, and the 21st with no response on the correct hats or a refund because they now missed my event. As you can see from the other reviews, this is common of their customer service. These hats are not unique, you can buy them anywhere. He now wants me to pay the shipping to return them. Ha! I am pretty sure based on the service I received, that I won’t put another effort into this mistake!
