ACBC’s philosophy is to create products with improved performance both in usability and sustainability, enhancing our everyday life and educating the user to recycle and save energy. Research shows that the manufacturing process used to make a sole is what leaves behind the largest carbon footprint in a shoe’s lifecycle. ACBC reduces the number of soles to a minimum of three basic styles that can be shared with different skins to create all the shoes you need. When the soles wear out you can recycle the skins with new soles. This system allows to reduce your carbon footprint.
