I rented a bike from this shop for three days. Extremely great service from Marco. I brought my own saddle, pedals and power meter and was setup on a nice Bianchi road bike. Marco took the time to set it up properly to my specifications. I will return and hopefully get to bring my other friends to enjoy the area I rode in.

Looked like a really good shop. We rented some e-mountain bikes that were fantastic. The hotels offered to rent us some Bikes but wanted more money for less bike. These guys are professionals. The guy who helped us spoke some English (which is way more than my spanish). We did not get much local trail knowledge from him given the language barrier. I have found Several apps that have trails around that region. MTB Project and another called Komoot. They treated us well. I would trust them to work on a bike if I was traveling with my own.

Marco and his team were a great bunch of guys. Extremely helpful and caring. We had an accident (our fault) and they drove and picked us up and were incredibly concerned, helpful and caring. Cicliama is the only place in Tirano region to rent bikes and e-bikes!

We were riding through tirano on a 5 week cycling trip. We needed a new spoke. Unfortunately they didn't have one that fitted, but they did evening they could to try and find one for us. Eventually sending us to one of their competitors. Anyway, despite not having the spoke (it was a weird sized one) they were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

This place is very professional-they know their stuff! Prices are also very reasonable,great if you are a tourist and need things fixed well and fast .They are near opposite the torelli tower on the main road .I note that many locals use it so you know it's good .They got me out of a pickle with my gearing setup and skipping chain -thanks to them i was able to do stelvio-gavia-mortirolo with ease -grazie!
