Terrible customer service. Im not even going to give it the time of day to explain why the management of this establishment is so bad and rude (you get the idea when you read his comments). All I can say is, if you're coming out of the Bernina Express and hope to continue to have a wonderful experience in the small but charming town of Tirano, avoid like the plague this estaurant\, will ruin your stay.
Great food and great price
They have a big variety of pizzas and focaccias on the menu but you can also pick and choose the ingredients. We asked for a vegetarian (I dont remember the name) and a vegan pizza (vegetables and black olives w/o cheese). Both ones were amazing. Its a pity that the didnt have vegan cheese. BTW the price was incredibly good. We payed 18 for two pizzas and two drinks. The staff was nice.
They serve wonderful traditional pizza at affordable prices. The pizzas are seriously delish. However, we asked to take away as we are not sure if we can finish in time to catch our next train. Owner came to tell us he would have given us proper dishes if we are dining in. And people are watching us eating from take away boxes and its not good for his restaurant. We tried to explain and apologized to him, but he only wanted us to hear his explanation and not keen to listen to ours.
