I m glad to share my experience in this store! When I enter the store i don't have openion to buy the cycle but the way of receiving the customer and atmosphere and explanation about product pretty much satisfied. More over I m bit irritated to the store manager to showing all variants nd different ranges to me but his patience nd explanation nd subject on product etc make me buy the cycle ......
WORST CYCLES AND VERY RUDE STAFF I bought a cycle here for my brother as a gift and with in one hour of buying tube and tire of front wheel came out. When we asked them how can this happen the staff there talked very rudly and blamed us that we broke. They somehow adjust the same tire and told it was good but after few days same problem. The one thing I don't understand is if we did mishandled the cycle how come tube comes out of the tire unless there is some defect in the tyre. Even a small cycle shop mechanic knows that it is very hard to remove tyre with out proper equipment. Instead of correcting their mistake they blamed us. Blaming customers is very easy but giving perfect probucts and proper service is necessary for customer satisfaction and business growth. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM HERE
