The bathroom doors are installed improperly, water comes out to bedrooms.. there is half inch gap under the doors. I urge you fix my issue on priority, did not expect this from you, besides we bought materials for more than a lakh rupees. My name is Dhananjaya.

Bargain to your best, rs. 650/sqft is his call. Rates are not genuine, I had cross verified. You can find quite good collection of Mica sheets(design sheets). But supervision is highly required as carpenter provided by them are not so skilled(happened to me may be you get some other guy). Over all my suggestion would be, you hire a Carpenter and purchase mica and wood from patel. Bargain to your best guys.
