No doubt the staff at Tito Resendez's office is professional and helpful, and will even personally call you on your birthday. But, getting a valid insurance claim approved is a challenge and State Farm will do whatever they can to delay, defend, and deny a valid insurance claim. For my claim for hail damage to my roof on my home, the claim process took 18 months to complete including Tito's recommended appraisal and umpire process (which ruled in my favor by a third-party umpire). STATE FARM STILL DENIED THE CLAIM AFTER AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE UMPIRE'S DECISION. Now, unfortunately, a lawsuit has been filed against State Farm and Tito Resendez for bad faith. State Farm and Tito Resendez have violated numerous provisions of the Texas Insurance Code.
