I scheduled some window cleaning. A date and time was set. I was told one hour before the scheduled time to have the work done that they were ot going able to make it.\ They said that they would call me the following week to reschedule. No phone call. Disappointing, especially in a small town where word of mouth matters. I will not do business with TLC and will make my disappointing experience known, when asked. Word travels fast in a small towns.

Scott and Tina do a fantastic job cleaning. Our bathrooms haven’t looked this good since they were new. They do the extra little things like cleaning out slow drains, cleaning the vents on the microwave etc. those extras make them unique. They take great pride in doing an exceptional job.
