I filled in my application and payed the money on the gov.in website. And only then I find out that I can not proceed because the TLS Center is not working. There are just no dates to book for the appointment. On their website it says that the Center will be opened in January 28, the only way to contact them is the contact form on the website and the answer time - 15 days - I already waiting for a week. There is also no way to monitor the information and updates about the opening dates.

After Travelling from London to Kiev to support my wife's Visa application , I find it very strange that as THE HUSBAND I am not allowed to accompany my WIFE during the interview and application process . Surely this would confirm our legitimacy of application !! . I would also have expected people working at the UK VISA Application centre to be able to communicate in ENGLISH !! . I feel Totally annoyed and frustrated. To conclude my findings confirm that TLS are purely a profit making organisation, with no appreciation of FAMILY Cohesion and I will report my findings, of procedure and operational activities to my UK Member of Parliament and GOV,UK ..and fully expect these procedures to change following the UK departure from the European Union !!!
Hi, I have not received the appointment confirmation email and the value added services payment is collected. Can I visit the center with the documents and give the biometrics as my appointment is on 6th Of Jan 2021. requesting for a quicker reply please to plan my travel journey accordingly.
This company is an third-party and does not provide service and treats your documents irresponsibly. I applied for a visa, stood in long lines in a small stuffy room. It took 3 hours. I have not received a visa. Due to the fact that the working hours of TLScontact coincide with the working hours, I could not pick up my passport on time and they sent it to the UK. The receptionist told me to return the passport myself. According to the provided contacts, they ignore the passport to return. TLScontact just took my documents, money, and time and told me to deal with everything myself. This is just a terrible situation. TLScontact does not have qualified employees, everyone shrugs their shoulders and tries not to help you
My priority visa application took 7 working days my passport arrived after 4 p.m. A new plane ticket costed me a lot. The staff is very polite and the whole appointment took less than 10 minutes, but I needed to pay an extra fee to apply at the early date. There were very few people applying at the same time as me, so I don’t know why so few are invited for one day. Overall, my experience turned out to be very expensive, but it wasn’t a center workers’ fault. P.S. The tracking system doesn’t show that your passport was transferred to VAC, you only see if it was received by VAC. It is very uncomfortable that you don’t know when your passport is expected to arrive.

Please allow me to REPEAT my question. On your website where can I make a GENERAL enquiry ? The link you list in your response is completely and utterly useless.
Firstly, the UPS tracking number they provide is not an actual tracking number. There is no way to track your documents until they actually arrive. UPS is not helpful either, pointing back at TLS. And there is no way to contact TLS, unless you file a complain and then you have to wait for 3 days for them to reply. The TLS's app for tracking application is basically lying to you, saying that the documents have been delivered but actually they are not. So you end up paying 700 UAH (25) for shipping with no chance of tracking it, while a standard delivery fee for documents is about 70 UAH here in Ukraine with other popular couriers like Nova Poshta. Secondly, from the company situated in Kyiv and operating in Ukraine, you would expect to hear from them in UKRAINIAN via email other channels. For some reason their choice of a third language is Russian, which is apparently also the only language some of their staff members speak. This is just embarrassing. I cannot believe that's the type of service you get in 2020! It's even worse than Ukr Poshta, at least Ukr Poshta has a hotline and they can actually talk to you and try to help. While TLS is hiding behind \file complain form\, making money and gaining advantage of being the only service here, knowing that there is no other alternative. What's the point in improving your service when you have a monopoly, right?
