This Ace Hardware was the most helpful hardware store I have ever been in. Travis was amazing. We were looking for a Toro snow blower. They had a very good choice, great customer service, and very polite staff. They also have a full service repair shop. Very impressed.
Not sure exactly who helped me today when I was at this store. To whomever it was you were extremely helpful in not only my purchase but my sisters as well. The team that this store has working for them is extremely knowledgeable in their departments and if they don't know they are not afraid to ask their co-workers. I am very pleased with the times that I have been to the store in the past and todays. The employees are not only knowledgeable but friendly as well. Great Job all of you I will continue to use your store.
Very rude.... asked where the hardware department was: the answer was \Down there\ and then he walked away. Also asked a different individual for use of the bathroom; the answer was \We are not letting anyone use it\. Enough said... I stopped right where I was at and left. This Ace is not the place for helpful people... go somewhere else.
